Welcome to my professional portfolio. I'm passionate about integrating technology, especially AI, into the classroom to empower educators and inspire learners. I specialize in professional development, instructional coaching, and creating systems that drive innovation and stakeholder success.

I'm a 9-12 Technology Instructional Coach with over 20 years in education, currently supporting teachers in Pickerington, Ohio. With a background as a high school science teacher, I know firsthand the challenges of the classroom — and how the right tools and strategies can make a real difference.

In my role, I help teachers feel confident using technology to engage students and enhance learning. Whether it’s through hands-on support, sharing best practices, or just being a sounding board for ideas, I’m all about practical solutions and meaningful collaboration.

I stay active on school committees and always keep an eye on what’s new in the world of edtech. Along the way, I’ve been honored with Teacher of the Year recognitions in multiple districts — but what matters most to me is helping both teachers and students succeed.

  Founding member of PLSD’s AI Committee — wrote staff/student AI policies and led PD on AI ethics and usage.

  Spearheaded the district’s annual Innovation Conference, booking speakers, designing sessions, and facilitating workshops.

  Created compliance-aligned digital citizenship modules for grades 7–12.
